Mali likes to have fun in the forest where she lives, sometimes she hands upside down by her tail and swings in the trees other times she plays on the ground. Mr Sun was peaking through the trees to see Mali as she stretched into what seemed the most unlikely of poses. Mali was making herself into a tree. To do this Mali started off with her feet together and then she slide her right foot up onto the inside of her left knee, then she carefully raised her hands above her head and placed her palms together.... "Mali makes a great tree, thought Mr Sun" he wondered would you like to try being a tree with Mali?"
You can learn the tree pose with the Epona Yoga DVD, Mat and Book.
Check back to Mali's blog another time to see how she can do lots of other yoga positions.
The Epona Yoga poses are detailed in the Epona Yoga Adventures of

As Mr Sun peaked through the trees in the forest he saw Mali uncurled from her spot in the fork of the tree and hooked her tail around the biggest branch and let herself swing under the branch.
“That looks like a lot of fun Mali” said Mr Sun.
It is replied Mali who swung harder and harder and then let go of the branch landing on the forest floor in a lovely Monkey Squat pose. Mali had her feet apart with her knees bent and her hands held together in front of her body. “You must be sad because you can’t swing through the trees like me Mr Sun” said Mali.
