Rafferty Has A Farmyard Visit

When Sunni visited the Farmyard he and Rafferty had a chat and walked around the farmyard. They caught up on all the latest news, like the upcoming classes that are being held during June at the Millennium Gym in Hornsby, and all the emails they have received from children who are practising Epona Yoga.

Rafferty and Sunni did the Kneeling pose and the Volcano pose together in the middle of the farmyard as Mr Sun looked on.

Rafferty Wakes Up To A New Day

Just as it was starting to get light outside I lifted my head in the barn and gave a big “Cock a doodle Doo”

I start every day with a big Cock-A –Doodle-Doo, it helps everyone on the farm wake up and get started with their chores for the day.

When I give my second Cock-A-Doodle-Doo for the day. I stretch my body into the Warrior pose and then give my crow. It wakes everyone up and it feels good to be big and strong. Mrs Chicken and all the little chicks wake up to my crow and so does Farmer Tim.

Farmer Tim opened the barn and said “Good Morning Rafferty, nice day today… out you all go” as he shooed us all out of the barn and into the farmyard.I looked around and I could see my friend Sunni coming over the hill to see me…
